Payment Policy
At Claire & Belle, paying online should be easy and secure. This Payment Policy explains the payment methods we accept, how your payment is processed, and how we keep your details protected. Claire & Belle is operated by Ecomsonic LLC and serves customers across the United States.

We accept the following payment methods at checkout:

Currency and pricing
All prices and charges are in US dollars (USD). The price shown on the product page is the price you pay. Any applicable sales tax for your delivery state is calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
When your payment is taken
When you place an order, you authorize Claire & Belle and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the total shown at checkout, including any taxes. You confirm that you are authorized to use that method. If a payment is declined or cannot be verified, your order may be delayed or cancelled, and we will contact you where possible.
Secure checkout and encryption
Our checkout is protected with industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption, which scrambles the information you enter so it cannot be read by anyone intercepting the connection. You can check that a page is secure by the padlock icon and the "https" prefix in your browser.
PCI-DSS compliance
All payments are processed through Shopify's PCI-DSS-compliant checkout, the security standard required of businesses that handle cardholder data. Sensitive card data is processed by the payment provider and is not stored on our own servers.
How your payment information is handled
Your full card number, expiry date, and security code are processed directly by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers. After an order is placed, we can only see your billing and shipping details, the items purchased, and the last four digits of your card.
Fraud prevention
To protect you and our store, orders may be screened for fraud. We reserve the right to verify your details, or to refuse or cancel any order we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or in breach of our Terms of Service. Any payment taken in such cases is refunded.
Your privacy
